Orders taking advantage of our free shipping service are shipped via Parcel Post. Parcel Post does not include shipping insurance therefore we cannot guarantee arrival of orders. Refunds will not be issued for lost packages shipped via Parcel Post.

International orders are subject to all shipping costs accrued before the order is shipped. "Free Shipping" is only applied to orders in the domestic USA. You will be sent an invoice after the order has been processed and will be charged the cheapest shipping cost offered by USPS. 

Domestic shipping includes the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are NOT included and will be charged additional shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and an additional invoice will be generated via Pay Pal. 

Customs and import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or domestic shipping charges. These charges may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Please contact your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up ~ do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Fanci Footworks is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
